These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orbnetes (the "Service") provided by TechFace LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account and credential confidentiality, all activity under your account or API keys, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.
3. Service Description
Orbnetes provides release orchestration, pipeline execution, observability, and related tooling in cloud-hosted and/or self-hosted forms. We may update or change Service functionality over time.
4. License
Subject to these Terms and payment obligations (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal business purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the Service for unlawful activity.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access.
- You must not interfere with Service security or availability.
- You must not distribute malware or abusive content.
- You must not misuse APIs or automation in ways that harm service stability.
6. Open Source Components
Some components (including agent components) may be distributed under open-source licenses. Those components are governed by their respective licenses.
7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant TechFace LLC a limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for the legality of submitted data, required permissions and consents, and backup/export practices unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
8. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal, and Refunds
For paid plans: subscription renews automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time to stop future renewal; fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law; taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
9. Support
Support scope depends on plan level. We may provide support through documentation, email, and other channels at our discretion or as defined in a paid plan.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (including hosting and billing providers). Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their terms and policies.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and related materials are owned by TechFace LLC and/or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited rights explicitly granted under these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHFACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
IF LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechFace LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk or abuse, legal compliance reasons, or non-payment (for paid plans). Upon termination, your access ends and data handling follows our retention/legal obligations.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (FL), USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in competent courts located in Florida, USA.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted, with the revised "Last Updated" date.
