TechFace LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Orbnetes (the "Service"), including our website, cloud-hosted platform, APIs, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our website, users of our cloud-hosted Service, users who create accounts/connect integrations/contact us, API users, and recipients of operational notifications.

For self-hosted deployments controlled entirely by the customer, this Policy applies only to data processed by TechFace LLC systems (for example website/account/billing/support interactions).

  • Authentication-related information (including OAuth profile metadata when used)

2.2 Service and Operational Data

  • System configuration metadata (excluding secret values where not required)

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

Billing is handled by third-party billing providers. We receive billing metadata needed for account and subscription management (for example plan and payment status), not full payment card details unless explicitly stated by the payment provider flow.

  • Account and subscription records: retained while account is active and as required for legal/accounting obligations
  • Audit/security logs: typically up to 24 months (or longer if legally required)
  • Operational metadata (release/run records): retained while account exists, unless deleted/anonymized per policy or law
  • Support communications: retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain service quality

We may retain data longer where legally required or necessary to enforce agreements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet-based system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
